- Oxygen Plant, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light & Heavy Industry)
- Sound knowledge on Oxygen Plant sector/industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
- Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
- Handy in MS Office application, specially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point;
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
- Planning Factory daily routines.
- Monitoring Factory operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline production
- Manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factory
- Implement cost-effective production strategies
- Perform day to day VAT related activates of the company.
- Maintain proper documentation to support company's value added Tax resolution.
- Maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.
