- Skilled in Industrial Engineering (IE) and Line Balancing.
- Strong focus on Cost Control and Process Optimization.
- Experienced in Quality Control and Buyer Audit management.
- Effective in Team Leadership and People Management.
- Well-versed in Woven Production, SMV, Consumption, and IE concepts.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and floor management capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage production pressure and ensure on-time shipment.
