Job Responsibilities

• Visit shops, dealers, markets, mechanics, and customers regularly to promote and sell company products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new customers, shops, dealers, and business opportunities.
• Promote motorcycle spare parts, agricultural products, automobile parts, machinery, and other company products.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, prices, offers, and discounts to customers.
• Collect customer orders and ensure proper follow-up for timely delivery and sales completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, dealers, mechanics, and customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and sales.
• Monitor competitor products, prices, promotions, and market activities and report findings to management.
• Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat orders and improve customer retention.
• Collect market feedback regarding customer demand, product quality, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team, distribution, and management to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information using mobile applications, WhatsApp, MS Excel, or company systems.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory and remain active in field-based sales activities.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and report unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure proper product presentation and promotional activities at shops and dealer points.
• Follow company sales policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain professional communication and use effective negotiation and convincing skills to increase sales.
